- Very poor control environment and everybody running the business except finance
- Globaaal Financial Systems hetrogeneous and no harmonised global data bases for Financial reporting
- New Global Finance Organisation recruited and set up
- European Country finance organisations centralised into one location
- Monthly Reporting overhauled and redesigned by setting up a global database with p+l by channels and stores and meeting stakeholder requirements
